Immediate life-threatening danger:

You don’t need perfect words. Just say:

Counselors are trained to help. Your words don’t need to be perfect.

Talk to your doctor:

  • GP can refer you to mental health services
  • Ask about mental health coverage

Provincial mental health services:

  • Contact your provincial health ministry
  • Most provinces have mental health crisis teams

Find a therapist:
